Website and Graphic Designer
Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in the following: Designing complete, fully functional web
sites using HTML editors such as DreamWeaver. Experience developing sites from concept to design to
publishing. Expertise in utilizing graphic tools such as Adobe Photoshop, ImageReady and Illustrator in
addition to possessing file compression experience. Experience with animation tools such as Macromedia
Flash, Shockwave and Director as well as expertise in ActionScripting. Experience with streaming media,
scripting with CGI, Java, Perl and knowledge of web servers such as IIS are a plus but not required.
Project Coordinator
Ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in either Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting
or other major related to business or information technology. Ability to assess a business’ needs and
translate that into a system design that automates processes and creates efficiencies for the business.
Ability to thoroughly test software to ensure that it fully meets the business requirements set forth in a scope
of work. Ability to comprehend accounting principals and the effect business transactions have on a general
ledger. Ability to work directly with customers to ensure successful implementation of custom developed
software packages. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience with
network troubleshooting, database structures (Access, MS SQL, Oracle) and web-based applications (ASP,
ASP.NET, Java) is a plus, but not required.
Account Executive
Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven sales experience (information technology industry
experience preferred but not required). Must be highly motivated and have high energy level. Excellent
salesmanship skills: ability to listen to and identify prospects’ needs, ability to provide solutions that capture
the prospects’ interest, and ability to close sales.
Administrative Assistant
Ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational and computer skills. The position of
Administrative Assistant will perform the following tasks:
1. Answer phones, direct calls, take messages
2. Assist in collections
3. Assist in purchasing
4. Assist in sales and marketing efforts
5. General bookkeeping tasks
Software Engineer/Computer Programmer
Ideal candidate will have experience in the following: Designing, developing, and implementing both back-
end database structures and front-end application user interfaces and application logic. Experience with MS
Access, SQL, VB, ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript. Experience developing complete applications from
beginning to end. Needs an understanding of business flow and procedures and the ability to translate these
into functional and efficient software solutions. Flexibility and resourcefulness in design & development are a
plus. Certifications such as MCSD are a plus but not required.
Network Engineer
Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in the following: Ability to diagnose and fix hardware and
software issues for LANs, WANs, switches and routers. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP. Certifications a plus
but not required.
IT Consultant
Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in the following: Ability to diagnose and fix hardware and
software issues for both desktops and servers. Experience installing and troubleshooting problems on
Microsoft Operating Systems 0/Win2K/Win2003 Server, IIS, Exchange, DNS. End-User and Help Desk
experience in MS Office Suite, Quickbooks,. Experience in troubleshooting LANs and WANs, switches and
routers. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP. Certifications such as A+, MCSE, CNE, CCNA are a plus but not
required.
